The internal circulation suction system comprises a garbage can, a suction nozzle device and a fan assembly, the suction nozzle device is used for being arranged at the bottom of the cleaning and sweeping vehicle and is provided with a dust suction nozzle and a reverse blowing nozzle in a spaced mode, and the upper end of the dust suction nozzle communicates with an inner cavity of the garbage can; the fan assembly comprises a suction fan, a first exhaust pipe and a second exhaust pipe, the air inlet end of the suction fan is communicated with the dustbin, the exhaust end of the suction fan is connected with the first exhaust pipe and the second exhaust pipe, and the end, away from the suction fan, of the first exhaust pipe is communicated with the upper end of the reverse blowing nozzle; one end, far away from the suction fan, of the second exhaust pipe is communicated with the outside atmosphere, part of airflow exhausted by the suction fan enters the blowback nozzle along the first exhaust pipe to blowback garbage on the ground, and the other part of airflow is directly exhausted to the outside atmosphere along the second exhaust pipe, so that part of air kinetic energy is recycled, and the cleaning and sweeping efficiency is improved under the condition that the power consumption of the cleaning and sweeping vehicle is not increased. And the garbage sucking and picking efficiency of the suction nozzle device is improved.
