The dam leakage repairing method comprises the steps that a winch is fixed, and a telescopic channel is connected with a waterproof operation box; the waterproof operation box is lowered to the leakage position; the waterproof operation box is fixed, and the fixing plate is detached to expose the operation opening; drilling a hole in the large leakage position, inserting a glue injection hole pipe into the hole, and enabling one end of the glue injection hole pipe to extend out of the side face of the dam; a joint filling glue pump is pressed into each glue injection hole pipe, and the joint filling glue permeates into the cracks; after the seam filling glue is solidified, binding reinforcing steel bars at the exposed part of the glue injection hole pipe; a hemispherical pouring mold is buckled at the binding position, and quick-setting concrete is poured into the hemispherical pouring mold; and after the rapid-hardening concrete is solidified, the hemispherical pouring mold is dismantled, and the surfaces of the hemispherical concrete protrusions are coated with epoxy resin. The method is used for conducting repairing construction on the upstream side of the dam leakage position, the repairing effect of the leakage position is improved, and it is ensured that the area has high impact resistance, water pressure resistance and the like after being repaired. The method is suitable for the technical field of dam repair.
本发明公开了一种大坝渗漏修复方法，固定卷扬机，将伸缩通道与隔水作业箱连接；下放隔水作业箱至渗漏处；固定隔水作业箱，拆除固定板露出操作口；对大渗漏处钻孔，将注胶孔管插入孔洞内，注胶孔管的一端伸出大坝侧面；将补缝胶泵压入各根注胶孔管，补缝胶渗入裂缝内；待补缝胶凝固后，对裸露在外的注胶孔管的部位进行钢筋的绑扎；将半球式浇筑模具扣装在绑扎处，浇筑速凝混凝土于半球式浇筑模具内；待速凝混凝土凝固后，拆除半球式浇筑模具，在半球状混凝土凸起的表面上涂覆环氧树脂。本发明用以在大坝渗漏处的上游侧进行修复施工，提高渗漏处的修复效果，确保修复后该区域具有较强的抗冲击、抗水压等能力。本发明适用于大坝修复的技术领域。
