The expanding device extrudes the soil layer, the soil layer around the pile is further compacted, and original pile side friction resistance is improved at the same time. The length of the asymmetric expansion page plate can be set through the expansion device, different page plate angles are formed after positioning, and the compression resistance bearing capacity or the pulling resistance bearing capacity can be selectively improved. The expansion device is convenient to install and easy to operate, the expansion device can be installed by additionally arranging a fixing hoop on an existing pile body, and existing mature precast pile production equipment, production technology and construction technology are inherited and developed.
