Equipment for manufacturing stiffening core composite drainage pile by using building crushed aggregates and construction method thereof
The invention discloses equipment for manufacturing a stiffening core composite drainage pile through building crushed aggregates and a construction method of the equipment. The equipment comprises a permeable shell construction device and a stiffening core inner layer construction device which are coaxially arranged on a connecting frame, and the permeable shell construction device is arranged on the outer side of the stiffening core inner layer construction device; the permeable shell construction device comprises a cylindrical protective shell, a first high-pressure water conveying pipe, a first slurry discharging pipe and a discharging pipe. The stiffening core inner layer construction device comprises a rotary telescopic hanging pipe and a spray head receiving disc. Cast-in-place construction is conducted on the permeable shell and the stiffening core at the same time through equipment to form the stiffening core composite drainage pile, the construction efficiency is improved, use of a precast pile stacking site can be greatly reduced, and the space utilization rate of the site is increased; and a hole digging mode is used instead of a prefabricated static pressure pile, so that a soil squeezing effect is avoided, and construction is facilitated.
本发明公开了一种利用建筑碎料制作劲芯复合排水桩的设备及其施工方法,装置包括:同轴设置在连接架上的:透水外壳施工装置和劲芯内层施工装置,所述透水外壳施工装置设置在劲芯内层施工装置的外侧;所述透水外壳施工装置包括:筒状保护壳,第一高压输水管、第一泥浆排管、下料管,所述劲芯内层施工装置包括:旋转伸缩吊管、喷头接盘;利用设备对透水外壳及劲芯同时进行现浇施工形成劲芯复合排水桩,加快施工效率,能够极大的减少预制桩堆叠场地的使用,增加场地空间利用率;且使用挖孔的方式而非预制静压桩,不具有挤土效应,有利于施工的进行。
