The invention relates to a steel pile construction method suitable for a frozen earth area, and belongs to the technical field of pile foundation engineering. The adopted steel pile structure comprises a vertically-arranged steel pipe pile body, the bottom end of the steel pipe pile body is fixedly connected with a coaxially-arranged pile tip, the tip end of the pile tip faces downwards, and the outer edge of the top end face of the pile tip protrudes relative to the outer side wall of the bottom end of the steel pipe pile body to form an annular boss; the periphery of the steel pipe pile body is sleeved with a sleeve coaxial with the steel pipe pile body, an inserting groove allowing the bottom end of the sleeve to be vertically inserted is formed in the annular boss, and after the bottom end of the sleeve is inserted into the inserting groove, the outer circumferential wall of the steel pipe pile body, the inner circumferential wall of the sleeve and the surface of the annular boss are combined to form a coarse sand containing cavity. The top end of the sleeve is fixedly connected with the top end of the steel pipe pile body through the connecting and positioning piece, the steel pipe pile body and the sleeve are integrally squeezed into soil to a set depth in a static pressure or hammering mode, then the connecting and positioning piece is taken down, and the sleeve is pulled out.
本发明涉及一种适用于冻土地区的钢桩施工方法,属于桩基工程技术领域。本发明采用的钢桩结构包括竖向设置的钢管桩身,钢管桩身的底端固定连接有同轴设置的桩尖,桩尖的尖端朝下,桩尖的顶端面外边沿相对于钢管桩身的底端外侧壁凸出设置以形成环形凸台;钢管桩身的外周套设有与其同轴的套筒,环形凸台上设置有供套筒底端竖向插入的插槽,套筒底端插入插槽后,钢管桩身的外周壁、套筒的内周壁与环形凸台表面组合构成粗砂容纳腔,施工时在粗砂容纳腔内预先装填好粗砂,并利用连接定位件将套筒的顶端与钢管桩身的顶端连接固定,钢管桩身及套筒整体采用静压或者锤击形式挤入土内至设定深度,然后取下连接定位件,往外拔出套筒即可。
