Method for reinforcing and lifting building on collapsible loess foundation
The invention discloses a method for reinforcing and lifting a building on a collapsible loess foundation, which comprises the following steps: drilling downwards and obliquely in the periphery of a foundation slab of a target building to form a first curtain hole, and grouting to form an inclined water-retaining curtain wall; drilling is vertically and downwards conducted in the outer circle range of the first curtain hole to form a second curtain hole, grouting is conducted, and an enclosed vertical water retaining curtain wall is formed; vertically and downwards drilling on the basis of the hole position of the first curtain hole until the bottom elevation of a raft of the target building is achieved, a first reinforcing grouting hole is formed, and grouting is conducted in the first reinforcing grouting hole to form an irregular reinforcing body; drilling from the ground to the underground to form a second reinforcing grouting hole, and grouting to form a collapsible loess layer reinforcing body; and drilling is conducted downwards from the ground to form a lifting hole, pressure grouting is conducted on the bottom of the lifting hole, and the target building is lifted to the preset height. The technical problem that according to a traditional collapsible loess foundation reinforcing and lifting method, secondary sedimentation is prone to occurring, and consequently a building inclines and sinks is solved.
本发明公开了一种湿陷性黄土地基上建筑物加固抬升方法,包括:在目标建筑物的基础底板四周向下倾斜钻孔形成第一帷幕孔并注浆,形成倾斜挡水帷幕墙;在第一帷幕孔的外圈范围竖直向下钻孔形成第二帷幕孔并注浆,形成围闭的竖向挡水帷幕墙;基于第一帷幕孔的孔位竖直向下钻孔直至目标建筑物的筏板的底标高,形成第一加固注浆孔,并向第一加固注浆孔内注浆形成不规则加固体;从地面向地下钻孔形成第二加固注浆孔并注浆,形成湿陷性黄土层加固体;从地面向下钻孔形成抬升孔,向抬升孔底部进行压力注浆,将目标建筑物抬升至预设高度。本发明缓解了传统的湿陷性黄土地基加固抬升方法存在的容易出现二次沉降、导致建筑物倾斜下沉的技术问题。
