The invention provides a novel assembly type cold-formed steel frame-X-shaped supporting structure. An X-shaped support provided with an energy consumption section in the structure is composed of four I-shaped cold-formed section steel supports and the energy consumption section. The energy consumption section is composed of an energy consumption plate and annular stiffening ribs welded to the periphery of the energy consumption plate. Under the action of earthquake load, the energy dissipation section with low yield strength enters plastic energy dissipation earlier than the beams, the columns and other components, large plastic deformation of the beams, the columns and other components is avoided while the energy dissipation capacity of the structure is improved, and the recoverability of the structure is improved. All the components in the structure can be used, dismantled and recycled, construction procedures such as welding are omitted on site, the structure has the advantages of being short in construction period, good in durability, sustainable and the like, and housing industrialization and prefabrication are facilitated.
