The invention relates to a novel shear wall, in particular to a fabricated steel plate-dense rib concrete composite shear wall with edge constraint components, and belongs to the technical field of structural engineering. The shear wall is composed of a wall body surface steel plate, in-wall concrete, a thermal insulation material, I-shaped steel, edge channel steel and a ground beam. The wall surface steel plate is a thin steel plate; the internal thermal insulation material is rock wool and other materials; the I-shaped steel is formed by welding three steel plates; and the channel steel is made of a low-yield-point high-ductility material. The fabricated steel plate-dense rib concrete composite shear wall provided by the invention is a novel lateral force resisting component of a high-rise structure or other structures, has the characteristics of light self weight, good anti-seismic property, high ductility and the like, and is an excellent lateral force resisting component.
