The invention discloses a suspended ceiling structure facilitating curved surface construction and a curved surface suspended ceiling system.The suspended ceiling structure comprises a lining plate, the lining plate is provided with at least three hanging positions, and each hanging position is provided with a first joint; the suspender assembly comprises a plurality of suspenders, each suspender is provided with a top end and a bottom end which are opposite to each other, and the bottom ends are hinged to the lining plate through first joints with corresponding positions; the panel is hung below the lining plate at intervals; and the connecting rod is connected between the lining plate and the panel. Compared with the prior art, the suspended ceiling structure can change the included angle between the hanging rod and the lining plate in a self-adaptive mode so as to reduce operation steps in the installation process, and therefore a curved surface suspended ceiling can be constructed.
