The ultrathin composite ceramic tile background wall comprises a base layer part, a surface layer part and a metal edge closing piece, the base layer part comprises a base layer leveling keel and an overhead base layer keel, and a first base layer plate and non-standard ceramic tiles are arranged outside the base layer leveling keel; a second base layer plate and an ultrathin composite ceramic tile are arranged outside the overhead base layer keel, the overhead base layer keel is arranged on an original wall through a lead screw, the base layer leveling keel comprises a leveling piece and a vertical keel, and the metal edge closing pieces are arranged on the peripheral edges of the ultrathin composite ceramic tile. The self-developed leveling piece base layer is adopted and matched with the metal component to meet the stress performance, the industrial assembly type installation requirement is met, time and labor are saved, and the cost is saved; in addition, a ceramic tile composite form is adopted, ceramic tile thickness and weight are reduced, base layer mechanical requirements are reduced, ceramic tile strength is guaranteed, and specifications are met. The ultra-thin composite ceramic tile is better in impact resistance, meanwhile, the empty sound is greatly reduced after the ultra-thin composite ceramic tile is installed, and the ultra-thin composite ceramic tile is convenient to install and not prone to falling off.
本发明公开一种超薄复合瓷砖背景墙及其安装方法,包括基层部分、面层部分和金属收边件,基层部分包括基层调平龙骨和架空基层龙骨,在基层调平龙骨的外部设有第一基层板和非标瓷砖,在架空基层龙骨的外部设有第二基层板和超薄复合瓷砖,架空基层龙骨通过丝杆设置在原墙上,基层调平龙骨包括调平件以及竖龙骨,金属收边件设置在超薄复合瓷砖的四周边缘处。本发明采用自研调平件基层,配合金属构件满足受力性能,满足工业化装配式安装要求,省时省力,节约成本;此外采用瓷砖复合形式,降低瓷砖厚度减轻重量,降低基层力学要求,同时保证瓷砖强度,满足规范。该超薄复合瓷砖的耐冲击性能更好,同时安装后空响也大大降低,并且安装方便,不易脱落。
