The invention discloses a floor structure capable of automatically adjusting shrinkage and expansion and a laying method. The floor structure is characterized in that a keel is provided with a transverse groove and a plane groove; the keel fixing auxiliary part fixes the keel on the terrace through the fixing part; the sliding groove is fixed to the plane groove. Connecting female grooves are additionally formed in the two sides of the floors respectively, the floors are laid on the keels, and the floors located on the leftmost side and/or the rightmost side in the width direction keep a mounting distance from the wall; the connecting sliding blocks are arranged on the keels at intervals. The connecting sliding block comprises an inserting strip part and a sliding block part, and the sliding block part is arranged in the sliding groove of the keel so as to slide along the sliding groove; the inserting strip parts are respectively inserted into the connecting female grooves of the two adjacent floors; the boosting strips comprise a left boosting strip and a right boosting strip; one end of each strong elastic piece pushes against the wall surface, and the other end of each strong elastic piece pushes against the side wall of the boosting strip; the movable cover plate is arranged on the keel and located on the left boosting strip or the right boosting strip and the wall face, and the movable cover plate fixes the strong elastic piece to move in a certain space.
