Stand column base and mounting method of overhanging type scaffold
The stand column base comprises a buckle plate and a connecting sleeve, the inner surface of the buckle plate is matched with the outer surface of a flange plate, the buckle plate comprises a plurality of connecting plates which are detachably connected, and connecting seams of the adjacent connecting plates are arranged in the trend of I-shaped steel. The connecting sleeve is used for being inserted into a stand column or sleeving the stand column; the buckling plate connected with the I-shaped steel flange plate is formed by arranging the detachable connecting plate, the I-shaped steel flange plate is connected in a wrapping mode, on one hand, the connecting strength of the stand column base and the I-shaped steel flange plate is guaranteed, on the other hand, the I-shaped steel flange plate is connected in a wrapping mode through the detachable connecting plate, and the connecting strength of the stand column base and the I-shaped steel flange plate is improved. On the premise that stable connection of the stand column base and the I-shaped steel flange plate is guaranteed, the stand column base capable of being recycled is formed in a detachable mode, and the problems that due to the fact that an existing stand column base needs to be welded to the I-shaped steel flange plate, the stand column base is inconvenient to disassemble and poor in turnover rate are solved.
本发明公开了一种立柱底座及悬挑式脚手架的安装方法,包括扣板和连接套管,扣板的内表面与翼缘板的外表面相匹配,扣板包括若干可拆卸连接的连接板,相邻连接板的连接缝沿工字钢的走向设置,连接套管用于插设在立柱内部或套设在立柱外部;本发明通过设置可拆卸的连接板形成与工字钢翼缘板连接的扣板,对工字钢翼缘板进行包裹式连接,一方面保证立柱底座与工字钢翼缘板的连接强度,另一方面通过可拆卸的连接板对工字钢翼缘板形成包裹式的连接形式,在保证立柱底座与工字钢翼缘板连接稳定的前提下,通过可拆卸的方式形成可周转使用的立柱底座,避免以往的立柱底座需要与工字钢翼缘板焊接,导致立柱底座拆卸不方便,周转率差的问题。
