The invention provides a cantilever steel bar truss floor support plate support-free system and a construction method thereof.The support-free system comprises two I-shaped steel beams, a plurality of buckles are installed on the I-shaped steel beams and connected with steel wire ropes, and the other ends of the steel wire ropes are connected with reinforcing full-length steel bars on a cantilever steel bar truss floor support plate through turn buckles and S-shaped hooks; the reinforcing full-length steel bars are connected with the truss steel bars in a welded mode, and then temporary supporting of the cantilever steel bar truss floor support plate is achieved. The overhanging type steel bar truss floor support plate is temporarily supported by adopting an upper steel beam lower hanging steel wire rope counter-pull reinforcing technology, the procedure of arranging a lower support of the floor support plate can be reduced, the corresponding engineering amount is reduced, the construction efficiency is improved, and the construction cost is reduced. The problem that the lower support of the high overhanging and high formwork steel bar truss floor support plate with staggered platforms on the upper layer and the lower layer cannot be constructed conventionally is solved.
本发明提供了一种悬挑钢筋桁架楼承板免支撑系统及其施工方法,免支撑系统包括两根工字钢梁,工字钢梁上安装有多个卡扣,卡扣连接有钢丝绳,钢丝绳另一端通过花篮螺栓以及S型弯钩与悬挑钢筋桁架楼承板上的加固通长钢筋连接,加固通长钢筋与桁架钢筋焊接连接,进而实现对悬挑钢筋桁架楼承板的临时支撑。本发明采用上部钢梁下挂钢丝绳反拉加固技术对悬挑式钢筋桁架楼承板进行临时支撑,可以减少设置楼承板下部支撑的工序,减少相应的工程量,提高施工效率,解决了高大悬挑、高支模及上下层有错台的钢筋桁架楼承板下部支撑无法按常规施工的问题。
