Comprising a vibrating mechanism, a chassis truck and a mechanical arm, and the vibrating mechanism is installed on the chassis truck through the mechanical arm; the vibrating mechanism comprises a vibrating rod body, a vibrating disc and a vibrating cylinder, the vibrating rod body is of a hollow structure, a vibrating reed is installed in the vibrating rod body, the upper end of the vibrating reed is fixedly connected with the vibrating rod body, and the lower end of the vibrating reed is suspended at the lower end of the vibrating rod body; vibroflot heads are arranged on the two sides of the length direction of the vibrating reed respectively, the vibroflot cylinder is provided with a vibroflot piston in a matched mode, the side, right facing the vibrating reed, of the vibroflot piston is a normal pressure side and is fixedly connected with a vibroflot hammer, and the end, away from the vibrating reed, of the vibroflot cylinder is communicated with an alternating pressurization hydraulic source. The vibrating rod body can be automatically driven to efficiently vibrate concrete on an uncoagulated concrete dam body, and the construction requirement of dam pouring of water-power engineering is met.
