The first mechanical arm is rotationally connected with the rotary disc through a first rotation driving unit, the first mechanical arm is connected with the second mechanical arm through a jacking unit, and the second mechanical arm is rotationally connected with the third mechanical arm through a second rotation driving unit. The third mechanical arm is rotationally connected with the suction cup through a third rotation driving unit. According to the device, glass curtain walls of different heights can be grabbed and installed, and multi-angle adjustment such as pitching of the glass curtain walls can be achieved according to some buildings of special-shaped structures; manual high-altitude lifting operation is replaced, glass curtain wall mounting construction is assisted, and the construction precision is improved.
