The invention relates to a building block plastering method and building block equipment. The building block grouting method comprises the following steps that one side face of each brick is grouted from bottom to top through the grouting mechanism; the plastering mechanism ascends to be higher than the top face of the brick by a certain distance; the side, facing the bricks, of the plastering mechanism is the front side, the side, back to the bricks, of the plastering mechanism is the reverse side, the plastering mechanism swings towards the reverse side, the bricks synchronously move towards the same side, and meanwhile the plastering mechanism descends till the plastering mechanism is located at the station for plastering the top faces of the bricks; and the bricks are moved to complete plastering of the top surfaces of the bricks. In the process, the plastering mechanism keeps mortar discharging, the building block equipment can continuously and stably conduct plastering on the side faces and the top faces of the bricks through the plastering method, and the plastering effect and the plastering efficiency are improved.
