The invention relates to the technical field of window frames and discloses a window frame component and a window frame device. In the window frame component, a frame base comprises an internal space, an outdoor body is arranged on the outdoor side of the frame base and can open and close the internal space, an indoor frame is arranged on the indoor side of the frame base, the indoor frame and the frame base form a functional space used for installing an air treatment device, and a fan is arranged in the functional space. Due to the fact that the indoor frame is arranged on the indoor side of the frame base, the indoor frame and the frame base form the functional space, in this way, the needed air processing device can be installed in the functional space according to needs to process air, the flowing speed of the air can be increased when the fan operates, and therefore the service life of the fan is prolonged. The window frame component can achieve active indoor and outdoor ventilation so as to improve the ventilation efficiency.
