Karst tunnel lining bearing capacity and external water pressure balancing system and method
The invention relates to a karst tunnel lining bearing capacity and external water pressure balancing system and method, and belongs to the field of tunnel lining disaster prevention and control. Comprising two drainage lines arranged below the two sides of a karst cavity, each drainage line comprises a plurality of water pressure adjusting caverns which are sequentially communicated from top to bottom, the uppermost water pressure adjusting caverns are communicated with the bottom of the karst cavity through pipelines, and the adjacent water pressure adjusting caverns are communicated through pipelines. The lowermost water pressure adjusting cavern is connected with a drainage ditch through pipelines, and electromagnetic valves are arranged on all the pipelines; the water pressure adjusting caverns are arranged at lining key point positions including the position between a tunnel haunch lining and surrounding rock, the position between a tunnel side wall lining and the surrounding rock and the position between a tunnel arch foot lining and the surrounding rock, and water flow dispersion of all the water pressure adjusting caverns is controlled through electromagnetic valves. According to the scheme, local water pressure on the back of the tunnel lining can be evenly distributed and dispersed to the whole lining ring, stress concentration is reduced, the lining structure is protected, and tunnel operation safety is guaranteed.
本发明涉及一种岩溶隧道衬砌承载力与外水压力平衡系统与方法,属于隧道衬砌灾害防治领域。包括设置在岩溶空腔两侧下方的两条排水线路,所述排水线路包括从上至下依次连通的多个水压调节洞室,最上方的水压调节洞室通过管道与岩溶空腔的底部连通,相邻水压调节洞室通过管道连通,最下方的水压调节洞室通过管道与排水沟连接,所有管道上均设有电磁阀门;水压调节洞室分别设置在衬砌关键点位,包括隧道拱腰衬砌与围岩之间、隧道边墙衬砌与围岩之间、以及隧道拱脚衬砌与围岩之间,通过电磁阀门控制各个水压调节洞室的水流分散。本方案能够将隧道衬砌背后局部水压均布分散至衬砌整环,减小应力集中,保护衬砌结构,保障隧道运营安全。
