The difficulty in construction and installation of the photovoltaic panel is reduced, the installation and construction efficiency is improved, the construction and installation reliability is greatly improved, the installation angle of the photovoltaic panel is further adjusted to be consistent with the illumination angle with the strongest illumination intensity, and the generating capacity of the photovoltaic panel is guaranteed.
