The invention discloses a three-dimensional parking garage with a charging function. The three-dimensional parking garage with the charging function comprises a track mechanism, a plurality of steering mechanisms running along grooves in the track mechanism, and a transmission mechanism driving the steering mechanisms to run in the track mechanism. The vehicle carrying mechanism is movably connected with the steering mechanism; the driving mechanism is used for driving the transmission mechanism to run in a groove of the track mechanism; and the rail mechanism comprises a main rail, an insulating conductive strip base fixed at the bottom of a groove of the main rail, and a plurality of conductive strips fixed in the insulating conductive strip base. Electric connection is achieved through friction contact between the electric brush of the electricity taking assembly and the conductive strip, so that cables do not need to be exposed, and the three-dimensional parking function and the charging function can be achieved.
