本发明属于混凝土外加剂技术领域,尤其公开了一种采用超支化季铵盐改性的复合改性柱撑材料及其制备方法。该复合改性柱撑材料以式Ⅰ所示的超支化多元胺对应的季铵盐或式Ⅱ所示的超支化季铵盐等具有特定结构的超支化季铵盐作为改性材料,由于自身含有支化结构而有别于普通具有长链结构的改性材料,保证了对斜方晶系柱撑材料插层后的层间距更大,CEC容量更高。本发明还公开了以上述复合改性柱撑材料作为稳定剂的无氟无碱速凝剂及其制备方法。该无氟无碱速凝剂较传统无碱速凝剂提高了其中硫酸铝用量达10%以上,使得速凝剂溶液体系的过饱和度显著提高,保证了其在混凝土材料中的优异效果。

Compared with a traditional alkali-free accelerator, the fluorine-free and alkali-free accelerator increases the use amount of aluminum sulfate therein to 10% or above, such that the supersaturation degree of an accelerator solution system is significantly increased, and the excellent effect of the fluorine-free and alkali-free accelerator in a concrete material is ensured.
