On the basis of the high-magnesium low-carbon cement obtained by using the low-grade limestone and the aggregate waste residues in a large mixing amount, the reinforcing agent and the gradient carbonization curing system are further introduced, the mechanical property and the like of the obtained concrete can be effectively improved, and remarkable economic and environmental benefits are achieved.
