The invention relates to soft sandstone-magnesium-rich stone powder composite anti-corrosion concrete and a preparation method thereof. The composite concrete comprises 1190 kg/m < 3 > of aggregate, 402-603 kg/m < 3 > of sand, 67-268 kg/m < 3 > of soft sandstone, 231-297 kg/m < 3 > of cement, 33-99 kg/m < 3 > of magnesium-rich stone powder, 5-30 kg/m < 3 > of modified water glass and 3 kg/m < 3 > of a water reducing agent. In the soft sandstone-magnesium-rich stone powder composite anti-corrosion concrete, the soft sandstone replaces the sand by 10%-40%, the magnesium-rich stone powder replaces the cement by 10%-30%, and compared with concrete under the same condition, the strength is improved by 5%-20%, the electric flux of the concrete is reduced by 10%-60%, the volume shrinkage is reduced by 50%-100%, and the corrosion rate of steel bars is reduced by 10%-70%; the mechanical property, durability, shrinkage inhibition and crack resistance of the concrete are obviously superior to those of common concrete under the same condition.
本发明涉及一种砒砂岩‑富镁石粉复合抗腐蚀混凝土及其制备方法,所述复合混凝土包括骨料1190kg/m3、砂402‑603kg/m3、砒砂岩67‑268kg/m3、水泥231‑297kg/m3、富镁石粉33‑99kg/m3,改性水玻璃5‑30kg/m3和减水剂3kg/m3。本发明的砒砂岩‑富镁石粉复合抗腐蚀混凝土中,砒砂岩替代砂的比例:10%‑40%,富镁石粉替代水泥比例:10%‑30%,相比于同等条件下的混凝土强度提高5%‑20%,混凝土电通量下降10‑60%,体积收缩量降低50%‑100%,钢筋锈蚀率下降10‑70%,其力学性能、耐久性和抑制收缩抗裂性能显著优于同等条件下的一般混凝土。
