Modified cement-based grouting material and application thereof
The invention discloses a modified cement-based grouting material, which comprises a first component and a second component, the first component is a cement system mixture, and the second component is a modified polymer emulsion obtained by modifying a polymer emulsion with a petroleum resin emulsion; the second component comprises a petroleum resin emulsion and a polymer emulsion; the mass ratio of the petroleum resin emulsion to the polymer emulsion in the second component is 1: (2.5-3.2); the cement system mixture comprises an inorganic filler consisting of sodium metaaluminate, sodium carbonate and calcium oxide. According to the grouting material suitable for the fair-faced concrete, through the modified polymer emulsion of the second component, the cement-based grouting material is endowed with the characteristics of flexibility and high elasticity, microcracks generated by cement gel are compensated, and pores in cement are filled, so that a cement system is modified, and the cement system has good flexibility and elasticity; therefore, the condensation body of the grouting material can adapt to the deformation of the structure and has better sealing performance, water plugging performance and durability.
本发明公开了一种改性水泥基类注浆材料,包括第一组分和第二组分,所述第一组分为水泥体系混合物,第二组分为采用石油树脂乳液对聚合物乳液进行改性后得到的改性聚合物乳液;所述第二组分包括石油树脂乳液和聚合物乳液;所述第二组分中石油树脂乳液和聚合物乳液的质量比为1:2.5~3.2;所述水泥体系混合物中包括由偏铝酸钠、碳酸钠和氧化钙组成的无机填料。本发明中适用于清水混凝土的注浆材料,通过第二组分的改性聚合物乳液,赋予水泥基注浆材料柔性、高弹的特点,补偿水泥凝胶产生的微裂纹,填充水泥内部的孔隙,以此对水泥体系进行改性,使水泥体系具有良好的柔性和弹性,从而使注浆材料的凝结体能够适应结构的变形,拥有更好的密封性、堵水性和耐久性。
