The invention discloses a high-strength and high-toughness fabricated concrete wallboard and a preparation method thereof, and the high-strength and high-toughness fabricated concrete wallboard is prepared from the following raw materials in parts by weight: 30-40 parts of 42.5 R ordinary Portland cement, 7-10 parts of S95 mineral powder, 4-8 parts of silica fume, 45-55 parts of quartz sand, 0.5-1 part of steel fibers with the length of 6-8 mm, 0.5-1 part of steel fibers with the length of 10-12 mm, 0.1-0.3 part of a polycarboxylic acid superplasticizer and 0.1-0.3 part of carbon nanotubes. The high-strength and high-toughness fabricated concrete wallboard is provided with metal hanging pieces used for splicing. According to the invention, the short steel fiber and the carbon nanotube material with special dimensions are matched, so that the strength and the toughness of the concrete wallboard are greatly improved, the application problem of a new fabricated building process is solved, and the cost is greatly reduced because the thickness is relatively thin and the whole wallboard is mainly made of a common concrete material.
