Waterborne colorful epoxy floor paint as well as preparation method and use method thereof
The invention provides water-based colorful epoxy floor paint as well as a preparation method and a use method thereof, and particularly relates to the technical field of paint. The water-based colorful epoxy floor paint is composed of a component A and a component B in a weight ratio of 100: (7-12), the component A is mainly composed of granulation protection glue, toning base paint and a continuous phase in a weight ratio of (2.0-3.0): 5: (2.0-3.0), and the component B is an epoxy resin curing agent; wherein the toning base paint and the continuous phase both comprise a water-borne epoxy resin emulsion. According to the water-based colorful epoxy floor paint, a colorful system and an epoxy system are combined, the compatibility performance of the water-based epoxy resin emulsion and the performance of epoxy resin are both considered, the water-based colorful epoxy floor paint can have a good synergistic effect with granulation protection glue, and the colorful water-in-water color mixing, granulation and texture effects are achieved. Meanwhile, the floor paint has the advantages of the epoxy floor paint, the development of the floor paint is promoted, and the application places and conditions of the floor paint are widened.
本发明提供了一种水性多彩环氧地坪漆及其制备方法和使用方法，具体涉及涂料技术领域。该水性多彩环氧地坪漆由重量比对应为100:7‑12的A组分和B组分构成；所述A组分主要由重量比为2.0‑3.0:5:2.0‑3.0的造粒保护胶、调色基础漆和连续相构成，所述B组分为环氧树脂固化剂；其中，所述调色基础漆和所述连续相中均包括水性环氧树脂乳液。该水性多彩环氧地坪漆，将多彩和环氧两种体系结合，水性环氧树脂乳液相容性能和环氧树脂性能兼顾，且能与造粒保护胶有较好的协同作用，达到多彩水包水调色、造粒及纹理效果。同时具有环氧地坪漆优点，推动了地坪漆的发展，拓宽了地坪漆的应用场所和条件。
