The invention belongs to the field of waterproof materials, and discloses a room-temperature self-vulcanized flexible rubber flashing sealing tape as well as a preparation method and application thereof. The flashing sealing tape comprises a self-vulcanized EPDM (Ethylene-Propylene-Diene Monomer) reinforcing layer, a metal net sandwich layer and a non-vulcanized butyl adhesive layer which are arranged in sequence, the self-vulcanized EPDM reinforcing layer is prepared from the following raw material components: ethylene propylene diene monomer, a polyolefin elastomer, butyl rubber, first filler, a first processing aid, a first plasticizer, first tackifying resin, a vulcanizing agent, an ultraviolet light absorber, a scorch retarder and an optional accelerant. The flashing sealing tape disclosed by the invention is an exposed flexible rubber flashing sealing tape which can be molded at room temperature, is high in adhesion and is self-vulcanized at room temperature, and the problems that the existing product is poor in adhesion accompanying property and poor in ageing resistance at the special-shaped part of a building are solved.
