The invention discloses a construction method of a light large-span cast-in-place support for a V-shaped pier lower cross beam of a cable-stayed bridge, which comprises the following steps of: vertically pouring concrete of the lower cross beam twice, arranging a temporary opposite-pulling system on an upstream tower limb and a downstream tower limb, and enabling the lower-layer concrete of the lower cross beam to form a prestress compression structure in a manner of tensioning partial prestress of the lower-layer concrete of the lower cross beam in advance; the light-weight support is arranged in the V-shaped leg of the lower tower limb of the cable bent tower and serves as a support for lower-layer concrete pouring of the lower cross beam. The method is suitable for construction of the lower cross beam of the V-shaped pier of the cable-stayed bridge in the high-water-level and high-flow-speed water area, and is a safer and more efficient support construction method.
本发明公开了一种斜拉桥V型墩下横梁轻型大跨现浇支架施工方法,下横梁混凝土竖向分两次浇筑施工,在上下游塔肢上设置临时对拉系统,通过提前张拉下横梁下层混凝土部分预应力的方式,使得下横梁下层混凝土形成预应力受压结构,用于独立承担上层混凝土浇筑时的全部荷载,通过在索塔下塔肢V腿内设置轻量化支架作为对下横梁下层混凝土浇筑的支撑。本发明适用于高水位大流速水域斜拉桥V型墩下横梁施工,为一种更安全、高效的支架施工方法。
