The invention discloses a prefabricated prestressed pressure type uplift pile which comprises a prefabricated concrete pile body, prestressed reinforcements, sheaths, stirrups, non-prestressed reinforcements, a pile top prestressed reinforcement anchoring device and a pile bottom prestressed reinforcement anchoring device, the sheaths are arranged outside the prestressed reinforcements, lubricating oil is coated inside the prestressed reinforcements, the stirrups are arranged outside the prestressed reinforcements, a post-tensioning method is adopted for the prestressed reinforcements, and prestress is applied in a factory after the pile body is machined. The non-prestressed tendons are anchored in the prefabricated pile body through the pile top anchoring device and the pile bottom anchoring device, and are parallel to the prestressed tendons. The working state and the mechanical property of a traditional uplift pile are changed, the pile bottom bears the tension load, the pile body concrete expands in the radial direction after being pressed, the uplift force per unit length of the pile is improved, the pile length can be reduced, and the uplift bearing capacity is improved. The prestressed tendon pile top anchoring device can achieve tendon body anchoring after post-tensioning, and can also normally transmit tension load when the tension load is larger than a locking value. A factory prefabrication method is adopted, site construction is convenient, and construction quality is easy to guarantee.
本发明公开了一种预制预应力压力型抗拔桩,包括:预制混凝土桩体、预应力钢筋、护套、箍筋、非预应力筋和桩顶、桩底预应力筋锚固装置,预应力筋外设护套、内涂润滑油,外设置箍筋,预应力筋采用后张法,于桩体加工完成后在工厂施加预应力,通过桩顶、桩底锚固装置锚固在预制桩体内,非预应力筋平行预应力筋布置。本发明改变传统抗拔桩工作状态和力学特性,桩底承受拉力荷载,桩身混凝土受压径向膨胀,提高桩单位长度抗拔力,可减少桩长、提高抗拔承载力。预应力筋桩顶锚固装置可实现后张拉后的筋体锚固,也可在拉力荷载大于锁定值时正常传递拉力荷载。本发明采取工厂预制做法,现场施工方便,施工质量易于保证。
