The invention relates to a quick connection structure and method for reinforced concrete structure prefabricated components, the connection structure comprises a first section and a second section which are used for butt joint, main reinforcements of the first section and the second section extend out of respective end faces, and a first steel frame and a second steel frame which are in a square shape and welded with the respective extending main reinforcements are arranged on the end faces of the first section and the second section respectively; a first concrete connecting block connected with the first section is formed in a cavity of the first steel frame in a pouring mode, a second concrete connecting block connected with the second section is formed in a cavity of the second steel frame in a pouring mode, and the end portions of the two concrete connecting blocks are matched in shape. By means of the structure, a reinforced concrete connecting seam can be converted into a steel structure connecting seam, the steel structure material strength is higher, the connecting speed is higher, segment butt joint can be achieved through welding between steel structures and crack pouring treatment between prefabricated concrete connecting blocks, more time is saved, and efficiency is higher; and meanwhile, the connection quality is also ensured.
本发明涉及一种钢筋混凝土结构预制构件快速连接结构及连接方法,连接结构包括用于对接的第一节段和第二节段,两者的主筋均向外伸出各自的端面,且两者的端面上分别设有与各自伸出主筋焊接的“口”字形的第一钢架和第二钢架,第一钢架的腔体内浇筑形成有与第一节段连接的第一混凝土连接块,第二钢架的腔体内浇筑形成有与第二节段连接的第二混凝土连接块,两混凝土连接块的端部形状相适配;利用此结构可实现将钢筋混凝土连接缝转换为钢结构连接缝,钢结构材料强度更高、连接速度更快,通过钢结构之间的焊接以及预制混凝土连接块间的灌缝处理即可实现节段对接,更加省时,效率更高;同时还保证了连接质量。
