The invention discloses a fabricated suspended ceiling system and a mounting method, and relates to the technical field of fabricated suspended ceilings. Comprising a plurality of hanging assemblies, a plurality of connecting pieces and a plurality of suspended ceiling plates, the hanging assemblies are fixedly installed on a wall top, each hanging assembly is provided with one suspended ceiling plate in a hanging mode, the connecting pieces are used for connecting the adjacent suspended ceiling plates, and each hanging assembly comprises a hanging rod, a suspended ceiling joist and a hanging connecting piece. The upper end of the hanging rod is fixed to a wall top in an anchoring mode, the suspended ceiling joist is fixed to the lower end of the hanging rod, the hanging piece is fixedly installed on the suspended ceiling plate, and the suspended ceiling joist is connected with the hanging piece in a matched and hanging mode, so that the installation quality of the suspended ceiling system is stable. The invention further discloses an installation method of the assembly type suspended ceiling system, the suspended ceiling plates are connected to the hanging assemblies in a side sliding and hanging mode, the suspended ceiling plates are pushed side by side so that every two adjacent suspended ceiling plates can be connected through the corresponding connecting piece, and therefore the suspended ceiling system can be rapidly installed.
