The invention relates to the technical field of guardrails, and discloses a prefabricated guardrail which comprises a prefabricated protection main body, the protection main body comprises a plurality of protection rods and two cross rods, first penetrating holes are formed in the protection rods, the prefabricated guardrail further comprises a plurality of installation base bodies distributed at intervals, and one protection main body is installed between every two adjacent installation base bodies; the installation base body comprises a stand column used for clamping the protection body and a rotating column. The rotating column comprises a first rotating state and a second rotating state, the first rotating state is that the stand column and the rotating column are perpendicular to each other, the rotating column abuts against the inner bottom wall, in the mounting groove, of the stand column, and one end of the rotating column is connected with a bearing plate; in the second rotating state, the stand column is parallel to the rotating column, the stand column is parallel to the rotating column, a space allowing the protection body to slide in is reserved between the stand column and the rotating column, and the stand column is provided with a first fixing piece used for fixing the rotating column. By means of the guardrail installation device, labor can be saved for workers in the whole guardrail installation process.
