Photovoltaic intelligent window
Systems, methods, devices, and other techniques for implementing smart windows, smart home systems including smart windows, and user devices and applications for controlling the same are described herein. A smart window or photovoltaic window may include a photovoltaic member configured to generate power from light incident to the photovoltaic window, store power, and transmit power to an electronic package or various electrical loads, including wireless communication systems, sensors, or window features. The photovoltaic windows may communicate with various smart home system devices, such as hub devices and user devices, which may include receiving control data at the photovoltaic windows and transmitting sensor data captured by window sensors.
