Method for manufacturing artificial basalt and artificial basalt manufactured thereby
The present invention relates to a method for manufacturing artificial basalt and artificial basalt manufactured thereby, the method comprising the steps of: (S1) mixing polyurethane resin, loess powder, pigment and water, and then continuously stirring the mixture that expands due to foaming with a stick until the foaming is stopped; (S2) crushing the hard solidified polyurethane mixture produced in step (S1) into particles having a particle size of 10 to 20 mm by means of a crusher; (S3) mixing the polyurethane particles crushed in step (S2) with a polyurethane resin, a loess powder, a pigment, and water, and stirring until foaming is stopped; and (S4) molding the mixture stirred in step (S3) prior to hardening to produce an artificial basalt. The artificial basalt has the advantage that the heavy texture, appearance and weight of the natural stone flowerpot are greatly improved. Therefore, the artificial basalt provided by the invention is expected to replace expensive natural basalt and is effectively applied to various industrial fields.
本发明涉及一种人造玄武岩的制造方法及据此制造的人造玄武岩,包括如下步骤:(S1)将聚氨酯树脂、黄土粉末、颜料及水混合后,利用木棍持续搅拌因发泡而膨胀的混合物直到停止发泡为止;(S2)将在步骤(S1)中制造的硬质的固体化聚氨酯混合物利用破碎机破碎成10mm至20mm粒度的颗粒;(S3)将在步骤(S2)中破碎的聚氨酯颗粒与聚氨酯树脂、黄土粉末、颜料及水一起混合,并搅拌直到停止发泡时为止;(S4)将在步骤(S3)中搅拌的混合物在硬化之前成型来制造人造玄武岩。本发明的人造玄武岩的优点在于,大幅改善了天然石花盆沉重的质感、外观和重量。因此根据本发明的人造玄武岩有望代替昂贵的天然玄武岩,并有效运用在多种产业领域。
