Hydrophobic silicon dioxide ceramic composite material and preparation method thereof
The invention relates to a hydrophobic silicon dioxide ceramic composite material and a preparation method thereof. The preparation method comprises the following steps: pre-drying the fiber-reinforced silicon dioxide ceramic composite material; dipping by using a pretreatment solution prepared from organosilane, organic silicon resin and an alcohol solvent; and carrying out secondary drying and curing on the impregnated composite material to obtain the hydrophobic silicon dioxide ceramic composite material. The invention also relates to the hydrophobic silicon dioxide ceramic composite material prepared by the preparation method. Through organic silicon liquid phase impregnation, the integral structural hydrophobicity of the fiber reinforced silicon dioxide ceramic composite material is realized, so that the composite material has long-term moisture resistance; the organic silicon is low in carbon residue rate and few in volatile component at a high temperature, so that the dielectric property stability of the composite material and the good overall heat-proof and heat-insulating properties of the component are ensured; and meanwhile, the liquid phase treatment process is simple, convenient and flexible, has strong adaptability and has extremely strong popularization and application prospects.
本发明涉及一种疏水型二氧化硅陶瓷复合材料及制备方法。所述制备方法包括:对纤维增强二氧化硅陶瓷复合材料进行预干燥;使用由有机硅烷、有机硅树脂和醇溶剂配制而成的预处理液进行浸渍;对经浸渍的复合材料进行二次干燥并固化,获得所述疏水型二氧化硅陶瓷复合材料。本发明还涉及由所述制备方法制得的疏水型二氧化硅陶瓷复合材料。本发明通过有机硅液相浸渍,实现纤维增强二氧化硅陶瓷复合材料的整体式结构性疏水,使所述复合材料具备长期防潮性能;有机硅高温下残碳率低且挥发分少,确保了所述复合材料的介电性能稳定和部件整体防隔热性能良好;同时液相处理工艺简便、灵活、适应性强,具有极强的推广应用前景。
