Preparation of organic silicon RAFT (reversible addition fragmentation chain transfer) reagent modified binder and tape casting sheet of organic silicon RAFT reagent modified binder
The invention discloses preparation of an organic silicon RAFT (reversible addition-fragmentation chain transfer) reagent modified binder and a cast sheet thereof, and the organic silicon RAFT reagent modified binder is prepared by the following steps: adding a solvent, an initial initiator, an organic silicon-based RAFT reagent, methyl methacrylate, hydroxypropyl acrylate, butyl acrylate, glycidyl methacrylate and hydroxyethyl acrylate into a reaction kettle; the preparation method comprises the following steps: adding isophorone diisocyanate into a reaction kettle, introducing nitrogen under the conditions of 60-90 DEG C and 200-600 rpm for polymerization reaction, continuously dropwise adding an initiator into the reaction kettle in the polymerization reaction process, controlling the dropwise adding time to be 4-6 hours to obtain a linear polymer A, heating to 75-80 DEG C at a stirring rate in the viscous linear polymer A under the protection of nitrogen, adding isophorone diisocyanate for cross-linking reaction for 1-3 hours, and cooling to the room temperature to obtain a polyurethane prepolymer; the organic silicon RAFT reagent modified binder is prepared by using an organic silicon RAFT reagent as a raw material, a cast sheet is prepared from the prepared binder, the organic silicon RAFT reagent modified binder provided by the invention well replaces an existing PVB binder, the flexibility of the cast sheet is improved, and the glass transition temperature is low.
本发明公开了一种有机硅RAFT试剂改性粘结剂的制备及其流延片,有机硅RAFT试剂改性粘结剂的制备步骤如下:在反应釜中加入溶剂、初始的引发剂、有机硅基RAFT试剂、甲基丙烯酸甲酯、丙烯酸羟丙酯、丙烯酸丁酯、甲基丙烯酸缩水甘油酯、丙烯酸羟乙酯,在60~90℃和200~600rpm条件下通氮气聚合反应,在上述单体聚合反应的过程中,继续往反应釜中滴加引发剂,滴加时间控制在4~6h完成,得到线性聚合物A,在上述粘稠状的线性聚合物A中,在氮气保护下搅拌速率升温至75~80℃,加入异佛尔酮二异氰酸酯交联反应1~3h,制得有机硅RAFT试剂改性粘结剂,流延片通过上述制备的粘结剂所述制得,本发明提供的很好的替代了现有的PVB粘结剂,提高流延片柔韧性、低玻璃化转变温度。
