The invention provides a bridge prefabricated structure positioning assembly and a using method thereof. The bridge prefabricated structure positioning assembly comprises a fixed frame mechanism which is used for being arranged on the left side of the butt joint position of two bridge prefabricated parts; a drawing plate capable of sliding front and back is arranged on the left side of the fixed frame mechanism and is of an L-shaped plate-shaped structure. Two telescopic rod structures which are vertically arranged at intervals are arranged at the right end of the drawing plate, a side plate extending in the vertical direction is fixedly arranged on the left side of the drawing plate, a pressure sensor is arranged on the front side plate, and the pressure sensor is in signal connection with a controller; after the bridge prefabricated parts are suspended, the bridge prefabricated parts can be suspended through suspension equipment, then the clamping block rods and the corresponding bridge prefabricated parts are clamped, the distance between the two bridge prefabricated parts is measured through the second distance measuring sensors and the reflection blocks, and therefore the bridge prefabricated parts are adjusted without a single tool; the operation is convenient, and the construction efficiency is greatly improved.
本发明提供一种桥梁预制结构定位装配及其使用方法,包括固定框架机构,固定框架机构用以设在两个桥梁预制件对接处的左侧;固定框架机构的左侧设置有能够前后滑动的抽拉板,抽拉板为L形的板状结构;抽拉板的右端设有两个上下间隔设置的伸缩杆结构,抽拉板的左侧固定设有沿上下方向延伸的侧板,前方的侧板上设有压力传感器,压力传感器信号连接有控制器;当悬吊上来桥梁预制件之后,可通过悬吊设备将桥梁预制件悬吊上去,再将夹持块杆与对应的桥梁预制件进行夹持,通过第二测距传感器和反射块测量两个桥梁预制件之间的间距,从而对桥梁预制件进行调整,不用单一工具进行调整,操作起来也方便,大大提高了施工效率。
