Construction method for pre-embedded steel bars of expansion joint of prefabricated box beam
The preparation method comprises the following steps that firstly, an expansion joint is reserved, specifically, after construction of an asphalt concrete pavement layer on the top of a prefabricated box beam is completed, accurate lofting is conducted according to the requirements of an expansion joint construction design drawing, and the grooving width and depth are determined; step 2, cutting the expansion joint: cutting the expansion joint by adopting a cutting machine according to a lofting line, and cleaning sundries in a groove after cutting; 3, preparing the embedded steel bars, specifically, cutting and blanking the embedded steel bars according to design requirements, and bending the embedded steel bars after blanking is completed to bend the embedded steel bars into U shapes; step 4, positioning and paying off; 5, welding the embedded steel bars; and sixthly, concrete is poured. According to the invention, the whole welding process is accurate and reliable by paying off and measuring on the steel beam of the precast beam and marking the welding position by using the circle, and the embedded steel bar is welded into an inverted U shape and is in a vertical state, so that the construction quality of the embedded steel bar can be effectively improved.
本发明公开了预制梁预埋钢筋的制备方法,包括以下步骤:步骤一、预留伸缩缝:在预制箱型梁顶部的沥青砼铺装层施工完成后,根据伸缩缝施工设计图的要求进行准确放样以及确定开槽宽度和深度;步骤二、切割伸缩缝:根据放样线采用切割机进行切缝并在切割后清理槽内的杂物;步骤三、预埋钢筋的制备:按照设计要求进行预埋钢筋的切割下料,下料完成后进行弯折,将预埋钢筋弯折成U型;步骤四、定位放线;步骤五、焊接预埋钢筋;步骤六、浇筑混凝土。本发明通过在预制梁的钢梁上放线测量并用圆圈标出的焊接位置,使整个焊接过程准确可靠,将预埋钢筋焊接后成倒置U型,且呈竖直状态,能够有效提高预埋钢筋的施工质量。
