Rapid construction method for deepwater foundation of high-fall river reach bridge
The invention relates to a rapid construction method for a deepwater foundation of a high-fall river section bridge. The rapid construction method comprises the following steps that S1, a sandwich type earth-rock island-building cofferdam is constructed; s2, secant piles and main bridge pile foundations are constructed; s3, a bridge bearing platform foundation pit is excavated; and S4, constructing an underwater bearing platform and a pier column. The sandwich type earth rock cofferdam structure is adopted, the construction period can be shortened, and cost is saved; meanwhile, the clay waterproof layer and the cofferdam are synchronously filled, the water sealing and plugging effect on pile foundation construction can be achieved, and construction of an underwater foundation, a bearing platform and a pier stud can be completed easily; the secant piles with the pile diameters of 1.5 m and 1.2 m are adopted on the upstream face and the downstream face respectively, so that the stability of the cofferdam is met, and the cost is reduced; formwork hanging operation is adopted on part of piers, the operation time can be shortened, the construction progress can be accelerated, and meanwhile the steel consumption of formworks can be reduced; multi-pile-casing pile foundation construction is adopted, a water sealing layer can be formed between pile casings through the bottom filled with clay, the water flow seepage pressure inside and outside the pile casings in the pile foundation hole forming process can be relieved and blocked, and the pile forming quality is guaranteed.
本发明涉及高落差河段桥梁深水基础快速施工方法,包括以下步骤:S1,施工夹心式土石筑岛围堰;S2,施工咬合桩和主桥桩基;S3,桥梁承台基坑开挖;S4,水下承台和墩柱施工。本申请采用夹心式土石围堰结构,可缩短工期,节约成本;同时黏土防水层同围堰同步填筑,可对桩基施工起到封水堵水作用,有利于完成水下基础、承台、墩柱的施工;在迎水面和背水面分别采用桩径1.5m、1.2m的咬合桩,不仅满足围堰稳定性,而且降低成本;在部分墩上采用挂模作业,可减少作业时间,提高施工进度,同时能减少模板的钢材用量;采用多护筒桩基施工,在护筒间通过黏土填塞的底部可形成封水层,可减缓、阻断桩基成孔过程中的护筒内外的水流渗水压力,保证成桩质量。
