The side plates are hinged to the pouring bottom plate, so that the formwork is convenient to build; through the mode that the top formwork is clamped by the two side plates, gaps between the side plates and the top formwork are reduced, and concrete leakage is avoided; in the form removal process, the two side plates are driven to turn outwards and the pouring bottom plate is driven to translate, so that automatic form removal is realized, and the convenience is improved; and the two side plates are overturned outwards to push the top formwork to be separated from concrete, so that the convenience and the efficiency of formwork removal are improved.
