The civil engineering building template connecting device comprises a base, a fixing cylinder, a lifting mechanism and a positioning mechanism; the fixing cylinder is arranged on the base in the vertical direction, and the lifting mechanism is arranged in the fixing cylinder in a penetrating mode in the axial direction and extends out of the fixing cylinder.
