The invention relates to the technical field of truss hoisting, and provides an ultra-large-span plant steel truss subsection rapid hoisting construction method which comprises the following steps that S1, a truss unit first construction section and a truss unit later construction section are prefabricated; s2, the first construction sections of the truss units are installed and fixed to the corresponding stand columns; s3, a turntable is mounted at the top end of the stand column connected with the post-construction section of the truss unit; s4, positioning a post-construction section of the truss unit: fixing a connecting flange on the bottom side of the post-construction section of the truss unit on the turntable through matching of the screw and the nut; s5, swinging the post-construction section of the truss unit until the post-construction section is opposite to the pre-construction section of the truss unit; s6, the rotating disc is welded and fixed to the stand column; s7, the truss unit post-construction section and the truss unit pre-construction section are connected through a connecting piece; and S8, the step S2 to the step S7 are repeated till installation of all the steel trusses is completed. The hoisting device has the effect of facilitating hoisting of the steel truss.
