The invention discloses a novel handle lock with a handle tube structure. A lock body comprises handles located outside and inside a door respectively; a lock head is arranged in an inner hole of the handle located outside the door, the lock head is located in an outer handle pipe, and the outer handle pipe penetrates through the inner cover mechanism and then is arranged in the handle located outside the door. The knob extends into an inner hole of the handle in the door and extends into the rear handle pipe, and the rear handle pipe penetrates through the outer cover mechanism and then is arranged in the handle in the door; when the lock head is locked, the outer handle pipe and the rear handle pipe are not separated from the corresponding handles, and when the lock head is opened, the outer handle pipe and the rear handle pipe are separated from the corresponding handles through the micro dismounting holes. The miniature dismounting holes comprise the first outer side dismounting hole, the second inner side dismounting hole and the third inner side dismounting hole, the first outer side dismounting hole is formed in the handle side edge, the second inner side dismounting hole is formed in the outer handle pipe, and the third inner side dismounting hole is formed in the rear handle pipe.
