The emergency escape door comprises a door body, a triggering device and a limiting device, and the door body is installed in a door opening; the triggering device is used for triggering the limiting device after being subjected to set operation; the limiting device is installed on the door opening and used for limiting the position of the door body in a normal state, closing the door body and canceling limitation on the door body after being triggered, so that the door body is opened, and meanwhile, a prompting device and a control device are designed to ensure that the door body is opened in an emergency situation and is kept closed in a normal working condition. The emergency escape door is easy and convenient to open and operate and good in error prevention performance, the emergency evacuation requirement and the control requirement for related boundary areas under the normal working condition are met, the invention further provides a nuclear power plant factory building, and the control requirement for radiation partition boundaries and the emergency evacuation requirement of a radioactive factory building are met.
