Through cooperation of structures such as a wiping module and a power module, dust at the bottom of a shell of a camera shooting area of the modular intelligent lamp pole is wiped, the monitoring effect is guaranteed, a second connecting rope drives an abutting plate to move downwards, a water source at the top enters a first connecting pipe, and then a sponge frame is extruded through a compression plate, so that the camera shooting area of the modular intelligent lamp pole is cleaned. Wiped rainwater is squeezed and discharged downwards through the down-flow pipe, the wiping effect is greatly improved, meanwhile, a large amount of labor intensity caused by the fact that workers need to climb upwards with the help of tools such as ladders to wipe the rainwater is avoided, and workers only need to clean the rainwater regularly.
