Only a rainwater collecting opening needs to be transformed for a built rainwater pipe network, the initial rainwater collecting device is connected with a rainwater opening, a municipal sewage pipe and other devices in a municipal pipe network, a newly-built rainwater pipe network can be built in a matched mode, and the rainwater collecting device has the advantages of being low in cost, easy to maintain, good in adaptability and high in pollution collecting efficiency.
