The invention provides an atomizing core, a preparation method thereof and an aerosol forming device. The preparation method of the atomizing core comprises the following steps: providing ceramic slurry, a heating piece and a hot pressing mold; the heating piece is placed in a hot-pressing mold, the ceramic slurry is placed in the hot-pressing mold through a hot-pressing grouting technology to obtain an atomization core blank, the atomization core blank comprises a ceramic blank body and the heating piece, the heating piece is partially arranged in the ceramic blank body, and the end of the heating piece protrudes out of the ceramic blank body. The atomization core blank is subjected to degreasing and sintering treatment to obtain the atomization core, the atomization core comprises a ceramic base body and a heating piece, and the ceramic base body is obtained by conducting degreasing and sintering treatment on a ceramic blank. In the preparation process, the pre-prepared heating piece is introduced, and the ceramic slurry is injected into the hot-pressing mold in which the heating piece is arranged by utilizing a hot-pressing grouting process, so that the processes of silk-screen printing, vacuum sintering and the like are not needed, the preparation process of the atomization core is simplified, the process is simple, the preparation period is shortened, and the preparation efficiency is improved.
