The invention discloses a concrete scabbling device. The concrete scabbling device comprises a support, a scabbling part and a first driving part. The support comprises a supporting part and a mounting part, the supporting part extends in the first direction, and the mounting part extends in the second direction; in the first direction, the supporting part is provided with a near-ground end and a far-ground end which are opposite, and the near-ground end is used for being supported on the ground; the mounting part is provided with a fixed end and a suspended end which are opposite in the second direction, the fixed end is connected with the supporting part and located between the middle of the supporting part and the near-ground end in the first direction, the mounting part is provided with a first wall and a second wall which are opposite in the first direction, and the first wall is closer to the near-ground end than the second wall; the first direction is a vertical direction, and the second direction is a horizontal direction. The chiseling piece is arranged on the first wall in a sliding mode in the second direction, and the chiseling piece exceeds the surface where the near-ground end is located in the first direction. The first driving piece is connected with the support and used for driving the scabbling piece to move in the second direction.
