Chemically bonded ceramic environment-friendly water permeable brick and preparation method thereof
The invention relates to a chemically bonded ceramic environment-friendly water permeable brick and a preparation method thereof. The preparation method of the water permeable brick comprises the following steps: S1, mixing pelelith, a first solid filler and a first alkaline solid compound, and carrying out ball milling and screening to obtain a screen residue mixture; s2, filling a mold with vent holes with the screen residue mixture, and sprinkling water for wetting; the filling height of the screen residue mixture in the mold is 10-20 mm; s3, mixing a phosphate aqueous solution, a second alkaline solid chemical and a second solid filler to prepare a chemically bonded ceramic material; s4, a chemical bonding ceramic material is sprayed into the mold to react with the screen residue mixture; s5, the steps S2-S4 are repeated till the mold is fully filled, and then the mold is closed; s6, after the materials in the mold are solidified, demolding, maintaining and polishing are conducted, and the water permeable brick is prepared. In the preparation process of the water permeable brick, no organic binder is used, high-temperature sintering or fermentation is not needed, and the preparation process is more energy-saving and environment-friendly.
