The invention relates to the field of bridge construction, in particular to a construction anti-falling device applied to a steel-concrete composite beam cable-stayed bridge, which comprises a first group of carrying pole beams, a second group of carrying pole beams, a third group of carrying pole beams, a fourth group of carrying pole beams, a walking mechanism, a main frame platform and a safety anti-falling device. A lower flange of a steel beam is clamped through clamping plates on four groups of carrying pole beams to form an encircling mechanism, two ends of each group of carrying pole beams are connected with walking mechanisms, wheels of the walking mechanisms are hung upside down on an I-shaped steel rail of a main frame platform to form an integral structure, and a constructor stands on the main frame platform to screw a high-strength bolt group of the steel beam. The construction anti-falling device is connected into a whole through the safety prevention device, so that the risk of falling of constructors during high-altitude operation is prevented; through relative movement of the I-shaped steel rail of the main frame platform and the wheels of the walking mechanism, the purpose of walking of the whole vehicle is achieved, the bridge construction efficiency is improved, and the steel beam construction cost is greatly saved.
